Professional quality, fully insulated 'X Cut' High Leverage VDE diagonal side cutters manufactured from chrome vanadium heavy duty steel, oil hardened and tempered. The induction hardened cutting edges are suitable for cutting piano and medium hard wires. These cutters have a double supported axis resulting in 40% less required cutting effort compared to high leverage cutters of the same size. Individually tested to 10,000V and insulated to 1000V AC and 1500V DC for live line working.
