Terms & Conditions of Purchase and Use

By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms in full and without exception.

1. Eligibility

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

2. Accuracy of Information

• While we take all reasonable care to ensure content is accurate and up to date, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or outdated information on the website.

3. Pricing & Product Information

• All product prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Product images may differ slightly from actual colours or appearance.

• Personalised products made to your specifications are non-refundable.

4. Privacy

• Any personal data you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Order Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel an order, you must email sales@supplieddirect.co.uk within 15 minutes of placing the order. Cancellations received after this period may not be processed.

Payment

• After selecting your items, click “View Basket” then “Checkout”. You will be prompted to enter the necessary details to complete your order.

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including any special instructions.

• We accept Visa, Visa-Debit, Maestro, Electron, MasterCard, and PayPal.

• Payment is taken at the time of ordering. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a refund.

Delivery

Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (working days only)
Order Cut-Off Time: 1:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Terms

• Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control. We do not provide refunds or compensation for late deliveries.

• You are responsible for providing the correct name and delivery address. We are not liable for loss or delays caused by incorrect details.

• Please include any special delivery instructions at checkout. These will be passed to the courier.

• If delivery cannot be completed (e.g. no access or no one present), items may be left in a safe place or returned to our premises. If returned, you will be charged for re-delivery as per the pricing above.

• If delivery is refused and returned to us, the original delivery charge remains payable and further delivery charges will apply if re-sent.

Returns Policy

We operate a 14-day return policy, including weekends. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Items must be returned in the original packaging.

• You must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number and return address before sending the product.

• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

• If the item arrived damaged or faulty, you must also return the original packaging for inspection.

• If items are returned damaged due to inadequate packaging, a refund will not be issued.
