6. Delivery & Dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Bulky or specialist items (including boilers and radiators) may require extended delivery times.

Express delivery does not apply to bulky items.

7. Inspection of Goods & Damaged Deliveries

Customers must inspect deliveries before acceptance.

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged:

Delivery must be refused

Photographs must be taken at the point of delivery

Images must be emailed to sales@supplieddirect.co.uk the same day

Accepting visibly damaged goods may affect refund or replacement eligibility.
Hidden damage must be reported within 48 hours with clear photographic evidence.
8. Returns, Cancellations & Restocking Fees

Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, in accordance with UK law.

Returns due to change of mind, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery caused by the customer may incur:

A 25% restocking fee

Non-refundable delivery charges

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Restocking fees do not apply to faulty or incorrect items.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographic evidence.

Remedies will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
