2. Eligibility to Purchase

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Descriptions

  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance only.

  • Minor variations in packaging, branding, or appearance may occur due to manufacturer updates.

  • Compatibility is the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • VAT is included or excluded as clearly stated.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

  • Orders may be cancelled if:

    • Payment fails

    • Stock becomes unavailable

    • Pricing or listing errors occur

6. Delivery & Dispatch

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Bulky or specialist items (including boilers and radiators) may require extended delivery times.

  • Express delivery does not apply to bulky items.

7. Inspection of Goods & Damaged Deliveries

  • Customers must inspect deliveries before acceptance.

  • If the outer packaging is visibly damaged:

    • Delivery must be refused

    • Photographs must be taken at the point of delivery

    • Images must be emailed to sales@supplieddirect.co.uk the same day

  • Accepting visibly damaged goods may affect refund or replacement eligibility.

Hidden damage must be reported within 48 hours with clear photographic evidence.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Restocking Fees

  • Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, in accordance with UK law.

  • Returns due to change of mind, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery caused by the customer may incur:

    • A 25% restocking fee

    • Non-refundable delivery charges

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking fees do not apply to faulty or incorrect items.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

  • Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request photographic evidence.

  • Remedies will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery and contact details

  • Ensure product compatibility before ordering

  • Arrange safe access for deliveries

  • Follow all installation and safety instructions

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied, except where prohibited by law.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier disruption

  • Weather conditions

  • Supplier delays

  • Industrial action

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Supplied Direct LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

This website may contain links to third-party sites. We accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

15. Governing Law
