Description
The Boss Condensate Soakaway enables the controlled release of condensate from boilers into the ground. Where a suitable gravity drain point is unavailable, the Boss Soakaway unit should be used installed in conjunction with 10mm lime chippings to neutralise any acidity. This provides more environmentally friendly system, which requires less maintenance, stopping any unwanted acidic residue seeping into the ground. Using the soakaway unit also provides less chance of the acidic condensate from being trapped in the system, ensuring a longer life of the central heating system. The Boss Soakaway Unit is compatible with the following pipe sizes: 22mm (3/4 inch) 32mm (1 1/4 inch) 40mm (1 1/2 inch).
