Our return policy is exactly 14 days including weekends. If 14 days or more have elapsed since your purchase we will not provide you with an exchange or refund.

We use safe and secure packaging and to comply with our Returns Policy you must ensure that:
 
a) The goods must be unused, not tampered or otherwise and in the exactly same condition when dispatched.

b) The goods must be returned in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for returning and paying for all postage costs and you must return to us when an authorisation number is given with an address to send the products back to.

If you are claiming that the goods arrived in a damaged or faulty condition then please ask the driver to make a note of this then we can confirm with the delivery provider also the original packaging must be kept and sent back with the product by way of proof.

Any products come back damaged due to poor packaging a refund will not be given.
